From the moment I spoke with Carl at Carousel, I knew my experience would be great. Prices are very competitive and the business is run professionally. Carl discussed several options that would be appropriate for my party. I settled on the 20x20 tent with tables and chairs. I added lights in the tent that Carl set up, including running the extension cord from my home. I received my itemized quote as discussed and agreed to via pic message. Carl arrived punctually to both set up and pick up the rental. At the time of delivery I was asked where the tent should go. Carl also made sure we were happy with the set up and lights were up and running before he left. The tent was PERFECT. Upon pick up, first thing Carl wanted to know was how was our experience and make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use the company again for any future parties. There professionalism and ease of working with are top notch. I highly recommend them.
